Drug & Alcohol Training for Drivers

The Department of Transportation has passed regulations requiring all employees in safety sensitive positions to undergo drug and alcohol training and be tested for drug or alcohol abuse. As an employer, you are responsible for making your drivers aware of the effects of operating a commercial vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and the penalties for violating the regulations.
