DMV announces CVO portal; including certification submission

The Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) now offers a new online service to efficiently process medical documents for your drivers.

Motor carriers can use this new function by logging into the recently redesigned Connecticut Commercial Vehicle Operations (CVO) Portal – your one-stop-shop for conducting commercial motor vehicle business.

Carriers can use the new service to enter employee information, upload their medical documents and receive e-mailed status updates on applications.  We encourage you to begin using the new service as soon as possible.  In addition, this service is available to drivers to upload their own medical documents.

We recognize your time is valuable.  This new system is part of DMV’s effort to modernize and digitize to provide you with efficient service.
