Connecticut Truck Driving Championship

The 2020 Connecticut Truck Driving Championship has been cancelled. The 2020 National ATA Truck Driving Championship has also been cancelled.

Motor Transport Association of Connecticut (MTAC) is proud to once again bring you the 71st Connecticut Truck Driving Championship. This year’s family-friendly event will be held on June 13 at the Fedex Freight facility at 130 Old County Circle in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.

We encourage you to bring family and friends to this event. The Truck Driving Championship will be followed by the awards ceremony and catered barbecue from Bears BBQThis year’s field competition starts at 10 a.m. with the awards program and barbecue scheduled to start around 4 p.m. (The driver roll call is set for 7:30 a.m. sharp.)

The registration fee is $100 per driver and includes a commemorative polo shirt of the event and one ticket to the BBQ dinner.

Those drivers who win their class at the state level will have the chance to compete at the national level.  This year’s ATA Nationals will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 19-22.

Reminder: MTAC is imposing a 25-point penalty for late registrations. All paperwork must be received by May 26, without exception.
The Facts for Drivers books will be sent to the drivers after their enrollment and entry forms are received by MTAC.
